I come back every time I'm in Odessa and have never been disappointed. It's a charming little hotel, kept clean, with friendly staff who are helpful and very professional. The location is quiet enough, considering the interesting street festival on Deribasovskaya Street. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, though the hotel is only three stories.

I like the location, the hotel is usually clean, and the staff are very kind. But during my three-night stay, they didn't clean the room, change the towels, or make the bed. I came back in the afternoon while they were cleaning the room next door, but mine was still untouched. This happened a year ago too, so it's a big service flaw. Bart. Netherlands

The room's orange carpet looked quite worn and made the whole space feel dirty. The bathroom was nice, with a good shower, and the service and breakfast were good. The location is perfect.

The staff are really nice and ready to help with anything. The hotel is clean and right in central Odessa, close to interesting places, shopping, and a lively neighborhood. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant where you can sit outside.

I booked a good room with its own balcony for a reasonable price and spent one night here. A nice spot for a city break in Odesa's old town.
