The setting is lovely, with tables indoors and out, plus a trampoline and swings. But as a restaurant, I can’t recommend it. We waited 30 minutes just to order, then were told the food would take around 40 more. After 70 minutes there, we’d lost our appetite and left without eating. The staff didn’t greet us and came across as rude, and only two waiters were serving a huge crowd. It may be a good hotel, though.

We’ll come back in summer, it looks like it should be nice here then. The food was delicious and home-style, and the mulled wine was delicious too.

A calm, quiet spot for relaxing with a child, and there weren’t any mosquitoes.
