KievInn

The pillows were absolutely awful, and I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. It’s a shame, because my apartment was one of the best rooms and everything else was good. The place is comfortable and right in the heart of Kiev, with a really good price.

The five rooms I’ve stayed in, from studios to one and two bedroom apartments, were all comfortable and well kept throughout my visits. The office team have also been dedicated and helpful whenever I’ve used their apartment service. I’d been away for a while after visiting KievInn several times, and was glad to find the accommodation and service still at a high standard, with cheerful staff. It’s easy to find now, too, since they’ve put up a sign outside. The desk staff are always welcoming and helpful.

The room was big and spacious, and reception is always ready to help. It’s close to independence square, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back in town. There’s construction across the street, but that’s not something I’d hold against the hotel. No elevator, though the staff are happy to help with luggage.

The rooms on the fourth floor were spacious, and the bathrooms were great. Sergey, the coordinator or manager, was always available and helped with reasonable requests. Knowing the local language is a bonus if you want to chat with the caretakers. Given the location, this is an excellent place to stay, and I’d recommend it.
