The house has a lovely Italian feel, with tiled floors, family photos that tell its history, and charming antiques. It’s quiet and warm, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and new bathroom fixtures. The location is handy too, about 10-15 minutes on foot from both the center and the train station.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts, a married couple, were warm and caring. Each morning started with proper, high-quality Italian coffee and a freshly baked croissant, and they also cook other dishes. The host is Italian, so the pasta and risotto are excellent. Oksana kept everything neat and clean. They provide all the essentials, including slippers, robes, towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and shaving gel. There’s parking in the courtyard and a large inflatable pool on the green lawn. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The hosts are hospitable, the dog is kind, and the home-cooked Italian food is authentic and excellent. Communication was very pleasant and never intrusive. It’s also fairly convenient for getting to different parts of Transcarpathia. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
