Letizia Country Club

We came in November 2025 and found the place very comfortable and hospitable. The room the administrators chose for us was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful mountain view, and we really didn’t want to leave. The spa was impressive: two saunas, aroma rooms, salt rooms, cold and warm pools, plus a big screen for watching a movie while having tea and sweets. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious. We also ate at the restaurant, where we had yushka with Transcarpathian mushrooms, banosh, bograch, deruny, and uzvar made according to a local recipe. The cuisine was great. There’s a gym with exercise machines on the grounds too. We loved it and will definitely come back. The price and quality are justified by 100+%, and you won’t regret it. We spent a family vacation here in early September 2025, and the place exceeded our expectations. One reason may be that most tourists had already left, but everything else was top level too. Our room was wonderful, with two bedrooms and a huge hall. The SPA had a sauna, two pools, and aroma rooms, and there was a nice outdoor pool as well. The cuisine was extremely delicious, and the chef was incredible. We also really valued that the place is pet friendly. The evening outdoor cinema brought back childhood memories of vacations with my parents. Thanks for organizing our stay. We’d be happy to visit again!

We’re leaving this hotel and already want to come back. The grounds are beautiful and picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the breakfasts very tasty, and the staff friendly. I especially want to mention the SPA, it was just great. We stayed from 21.10 to 25.10 and were the only people in the whole complex, so we had the SPA to ourselves. Everything works. Warm, cozy, pleasant. Thank you! I recommend it!

We stayed from July 9 to 16 at the "LETIZIA country club" hotel in an over-category, two-level room. The grounds are wonderful, big, and beautiful, with views and space to walk, which I liked. The pools weren’t heated. Calling them cold doesn’t cover it, they were ice cold. Even the children’s pool only warmed up a little around 5:00 PM, so it wasn’t comfortable. Heating is needed, and the setup hasn’t been thought through. The SPA came in handy during rainy weather, but it’s small. The "ultraviolet sauna" gave me an electric shock. When I told the girl at reception, she just replied, "what can I do?!" Breakfast was included, and I didn’t go hungry, but staffing seemed short. We waited 30 minutes for scrambled eggs, and the coffee machine often didn’t work. The bar on the grounds opens only on Saturday and Sunday. There’s also a restaurant that was supposed to be open, but it never operated during our stay, even though the administrator girl promised from the first day that it would. I didn’t like how the administrator treated clients. I reported that the water had disappeared, and she promised to send a technician, but nobody came to help. Checkout was another unpleasant moment. We were due to leave at 12.00. When we asked for a late checkout at 15.00, the girl offered to extend the room for 2700 UAH. After I raised my voice and reminded her that the restaurant wasn’t working, she let us stay until 14.00. The staff don’t accommodate guests, even when there’s force majeure or bad weather, and everything comes at a fee. I wouldn’t choose the Leticia hotel for my next vacation.
