Inn Alibi

The way they handled the sauna booking was frustrating. I had to call around 20 times just to get the card number for the advance payment, and they seemed to forget what I'd reserved and give the slot to someone else. Their attitude toward customers felt indifferent, to put it mildly.

Yana, the administrator, was pleasant and kept trying to help with whatever came up. The hotel is by the highway, with a lovely view of the forest. In the room, though, there was nowhere by the bed to set my phone, and there wasn't enough furniture for clothes either.

We picked this place for a night near the border because the photos looked good, but the house we got for 1100 UAH was a different story. They asked for a deposit right away. The entrance light didn't work, though there was light inside, so I don't get why the chandelier had five bulbs when they only provided one. There was no kettle, but also no point to having glasses, apparently. The shower dispenser was empty, the WiFi password in the house didn't match the one at reception, and the duvet cover had a hole. For the morning, the fridge turned out to be a freezer: the cucumbers, tomatoes, and cheese were frozen solid. Still, you can stay the night. Next time we'll pick another hotel.
