There's very little here. You can't get a hot drink in your room or downstairs, and the service was poor. We asked about dinner and were told to come down, only to be told when we got there that it was closed for the night. For weekday meals, you have to order during breakfast. We understand the location, but this place is nowhere near as good as people claim. At best, it's a low two-star hotel with no service.

We booked a room through Hotels24.ua during a difficult situation and arrived at reception just 15 minutes later. The employee said they knew nothing about the reservation. Instead of the room we had booked for 1250 UAH, we had to pay 1700 UAH for a junior suite. In the double room, there was only one bathrobe and one set of slippers, which also made no sense. I wouldn't recommend staying here. With this kind of treatment, renting an apartment by the day is a better option.

We've used Optima hotels across Ukraine for several years. They're usually very good, with friendly staff, tasty breakfasts and lower prices than other places. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel went wrong. We paid by bank transfer as usual, but they refused to check us in because the money arrived after 5:00 PM and, for some reason, they couldn't see it that day. Then they demanded some unclear proof of payment. It's a shame that a hotel chain we liked could lose regular customers over this kind of misunderstanding.
