Kyiv was beautiful this time of year, and the hotel is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Breakfast and the rooftop bar were top notch too. What made the stay for me, though, was the people: Kate at the front desk and Alex at the door were amazing, and everyone else was just as friendly, helpful, and ready to look after us. Best hotel stay I've ever had. I'll be back, highly recommend.

The team’s warmth and attention are what made me want to write this, thank you so much. The rooms were quiet, the bed super comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely delicious, such a good start to each day. Everything felt just right.

The gym and spa were especially good, and the whole stay was a pleasure. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout. The staff were friendly and professional, always doing more to make things go well. 11 Mirrors Design Hotel works for a business trip or a break, and I can't wait to come back.

The rooftop gives you an amazing view over Kyiv, and Kyrylo pointed me toward some great, unusual places to try Ukrainian food. The reception girls were helpful too. I left a shirt to be ironed and it was back in my room in under an hour. The amenities made this a memorable hotel, and I won't forget the hospitality. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “I’ll come again!” One thing I noticed about security during extraordinary times: they keep the alert on, unlike other hotels that switch it off when asked. It showed they take visitors' safety and wellbeing seriously.
