Alfavito Kyiv Hotel

The rooms and facilities were clean and well looked after, and the hotel has a spa and several rooms for functions and conferences. It’s also an easy walk to the metro. The walls are thin, and the breakfast service could be better, though there was a decent spread overall.

The restaurant and bar service was pleasant, the reception staff were helpful, and the food I tried was lovely. I liked the restaurant design, and the hotel’s decor too, with dark grey as the main color. The bar is laid out well. The rooms are nearly as nice, but could be more modern. The TV was rather old, not the flat screen I expected given the hotel’s other qualities. I had a great stay, would definitely recommend it, and would go back without hesitation. It’s close to the National Palace of Arts.

The rooms are spacious, and there’s a nice spa and beauty center, plus congress facilities. For food nearby, there’s a local market, a 24/7 supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just across the street. The metro is right around the corner, though the hotel is a bit far from the center. There were always two or three people at reception, which would be good if they shared information with each other. Breakfast was nothing special.

It’s a comfortable four-star hotel with a very nice breakfast and all the facilities you’d expect. There’s a metro station nearby for getting into the city center. If you’d rather not figure out the system, a taxi is the easiest choice. Some other four-star hotels are more central.
