I've used Best Kiev Apartments seven times this year. Each apartment matched its website description and was clean and comfortable. Being within easy walking distance of Majdan was practical, with restaurants and transportation easy to reach, and the main central sights just a few minutes away on foot. Reception was very helpful and quickly sorted out any problem, whether it concerned the apartment or something else.

Serge from management and Alyona at reception were excellent, and the airport driver arrangement was superb and reassuring. I really enjoyed my five nights at the Best Season Apart Hotel in the center of Kiev. The studio was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, quiet and safe. Fantastic accommodation and guest service. Thank you!

The apartment was clean and very well maintained during the few times I stayed while working in Kiev. Service was very good too. They can arrange airport transport with an English-speaking driver, which saves hassle and means you can get the apartment key without a problem, something that often happens otherwise. All in all, excellent!

Sergey was a pleasure to work with. I spent six days in Kiev at the apartment on Zolotovorotskaya Street 8/4, right across from the Golden Gates, so the location was perfect. Inside was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. I used their driver service and was picked up at the airport. Having the driver meant I didn't need to wait for the apartment manager to bring me a key, which was very convenient. I plan to use BestKievApartment for future stays in Kiev.

The stairwell looks like it hasn't been maintained for years, but the apartment itself seemed almost new, clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were very large, and the beds comfortable and clean. It's well equipped, with a large, nicely decorated bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi. Strongly recommended.
