From the outside, the place looks modern, clean, and nice, with each house painted a different color. But it's a gated community, locked off from the outside world. If you're not a resident or don't have a permit, you can't even walk through.

It's a beautiful place to live: safe, clean, and well organized. The city centre is a bit far away, but getting there by metro is easy.

It's a very cozy place to live. The flat designs didn't really impress me, though the look is light and unusual. One thing to know is that the whole town is fenced and protected, and only residents can enter.

We had just one day here, so it was hard to judge the service fully, but we felt welcome and the hotel's small size made the experience quite personal. A close friend recommended the hotel, and its good ratings helped us choose it for our vacation in Kiev. At check-in, we picked our breakfast and where we'd like to have it. We also arranged a metro transfer and a late pickup, both without any problems. We were happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice, with a safe, and parking was free. The staff were friendly, personal, and spoke English. Breakfast in the room and the metro transfer were handy. The shower badly needed descaling. Keep in mind it's some distance from central Kiev, though the transfer to the metro helps. We had to carry our luggage up to the second floor, which wasn't an issue for me, but might be for some people.
