Close to the airport, but the slope up to this guest house is so steep that it can be impassable in winter. The rooms are worn, and I think you can get more for your money elsewhere in Kyiv. Nobody here speaks English.

It’s a peaceful, clean spot, and the staff were kind and helpful. Public transport is only about five minutes away. There’s no air conditioning in the room, so it could get hot in summer.

I’ve been back many times and have always enjoyed staying here. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend it!

The staff are nice, and they can provide good food. There’s also a kitchen if you’d rather cook for yourself. Parking and a BBQ set are available too. Highly recommend!!!

Charging 100 hryvnia for disposable slippers through the concierge is disgraceful. There isn’t even a refrigerator in the room, which you’d expect at a four-star hotel. This place absolutely doesn’t deserve four stars. Without any stars, maybe it’d be okay, but don’t ask about them. It’s absolutely not worth it.
