She kept shouting about fines for every little thing, ₴100 for this and a fine for that. There were lots of rules, and the heater only got warm, not hot, so I needed two blankets. There was no warm water, among other problems. It's a junkyard: one small room with 10 beds. If you hadn't brought slippers, they cost ₴10, and a small locker for your things cost another ₴10. All the nagging about fines left me completely dissatisfied.

The owner was good, and that's the only reason I gave it two stars. The hostel is near the railway station, but they put eight people in one room with just one kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. I don't know who the woman was, maybe the superintendent, but her behavior toward guests was the worst. She was rude to us for no reason, even at the last moment.

Thank you, I really liked the place. The room was clean and well kept, and there was a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The hostess was very polite, thank you so much.

The conditions are really harsh, and it felt like a small taste of Auschwitz. Get proper mattresses and warm water for people, and treat them like human beings. Your reputation and customer numbers would improve, and you could charge more. That's some small business advice. I'm giving three stars because I'm being nice, and even that feels a little generous.
