Holiday Inn Kyiv by IHG

We could get around easily on foot, by public transport, or by taxi, thanks to the perfect location. The room was fresh and pleasant, with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and it had seasonal fruit and berries I had really missed, including apricots and sweet cherries. This was our second stay at Holiday Inn Kyiv, and I have to admit it was even more pleasant this time. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and that was a real improvement from our last visit. It was easy to talk with them, our needs were met, and our questions were answered. The weather was horribly hot during our stay, but the hotel was a cool oasis where we could fully rest and recharge.

The room had a comfy bed, a small refrigerator, coffee and hot water, and free bottles of water. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. There's a restaurant with 24/7 room service, which was really handy. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet with an omelette station, plenty of protein options like bacon, sausages, and cold cuts, plus espresso, fruit, pastries, and more. No complaints. I'd definitely come back.

For a business trip, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms aren't large, but they're comfortable and have everything you need. Breakfast is very good, and the staff are well trained. It's quiet, with some good restaurants not far away. The location may be less convenient if you're not traveling for business, since it's a bit outside the city center. If you have time, don't miss the music concerts at the church across the street.

The restaurant has a great breakfast and menu, and they helped me find meals that worked with my allergy. The room cleaning staff did a top-notch job whenever the room needed attention. Everyone on staff was great to talk with and very helpful with suggestions for places to go, as well as letting me practice some Ukrainian while I'm learning. I spent a few days at the Holiday Inn in Kyiv, Ukraine, and had a great stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyiv. Thanks to the staff and management.
