It’s clean and feels secure, and parking is free. The price is reasonable too. I really like this place.

There are grocery shops close by, and having your own car makes getting here easier since it’s a long way from the metro. I wasn’t keen on the neighborhood, though. The little hotel is clean and cute, with pleasant service, even if the very pink design isn’t really my taste. Between this and a rented apartment, I’d pick the hotel. If you can afford a place in a nicer area, though, I’d look elsewhere.

I stayed for two days, January 22-23, 2020. The Wi-Fi showed a signal but there was no internet, and hot water wasn’t reliable. On Thursday morning there was a fishy smell in the room, though we hadn’t ordered any food. Staff were loud in the hall in the mornings. They did lend us an iron, but there was no ironing board.

Getting here without a car is easy, and the room was roomy and cozy. The fourth floor wasn’t a problem for me, so I’d recommend the place. The hosts could be warmer, though. When we asked them to turn up the heat, they just said, “It’s already warm!”
