Muzey Hostel was awful. They take payment only in cash or by IBAN transfer. The woman charges you double if you’re not Ukrainian. I got bedbugs, and others I know who stayed there did too. They do not clean the sheets. It was terrible, and they should be shut down.

Be careful, you can’t find this place easily. It’s hidden inside a large building in the middle of what looks like an old death camp site. There’s tons of mold, and the beds are worse than prison beds. They don’t take bank cards, cash only. I definitely don’t recommend it to anybody. I’m never coming back…

The mattresses are really comfortable, and the staff are nice and polite. It’s always clean, and the bathrooms have become much cleaner since my last visit. Keep it up!!!!!!

The location is the only good thing. My stay was unpleasant, with dirty sheets and blankets, and the WC and bathroom were in the worst condition. This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in, and even one star feels like too much.
