I booked a room weeks ahead, but the day before I was due to arrive in the city, the receptionist pushed me to cancel, citing a sewage accident and a water outage. I had to find another hotel once I got to Kiev. It feels like a money trap, don’t go there.

The hotel itself is nice, but it’s a shame they only accept cash. You can’t pay in advance through Booking.com, for example.

I stayed for a day. It’s an okay hotel if you want to keep costs down, and it was clean and quiet overall.

An average hotel. It’s farther from the city than I expected.

It was okay, neither great nor awful.
