The service was great and I loved the location. Bartender Volodymir was especially friendly and made us feel at ease. I really like this hotel.

The staff were brilliant, especially given the current situation, and the location worked really well for a visit. The room was nice too. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, but the cleaning staff sorted it out very quickly. I'd definitely recommend staying a few nights.

The receptionist who checked my details was great, though I don't know her name. I stayed two nights and thought the hotel had all the things you'd want: a good room, view, bed, and bath, plus a small fridge, plenty of outlets and lights, and a TV. Breakfast costs extra, but it's worth paying for. You are fantastic! A great hotel in the middle of Kyiv!!

4/10
The room was very clean, and the person who checked me in was professional and helpful. They even let me arrive early. Still, I left that same day for another hotel. One man kept appearing whenever I came back, watching me as if I wasn't a guest, and it made me very uncomfortable. He knows who he is. That was enough for me to leave, and I can't say I'd recommend the place after that.
