You'd have to sleep on the Maidan floor to get a more central spot in Kyiv. The hotel is very clean, roomy, and comfortable. We've stayed here many times, and I still remember New Year's Eve 2019. They left a bottle of Mondoro Asti in our room as a holiday gift. Kyiv was covered in snow and freezing cold, but we had sweet wine in our warm room, and then went outside too.

The service was amazing, and room 207 was really spacious. It had a minibar and all the amenities we needed, on par with a 5 star hotel. I'd highly recommend this property if you're staying in Kiev.

Crystal Hotel is right in the city center, with everything nearby, and it was very clean. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us with care. The front desk staff were fabulous, courteous, generous, and helpful, and every staff member went out of their way to look after us. The whole team was professional. Can't wait to return, I'll definitely stay here again.

The place is clean, cosy, safe, and reasonably priced, right in the heart of the city. Julia, the manager, made a real difference: she's professional, kind, and fluent in English. Her support convinced me to extend my trip by another week and see more of Kiev. I'm already planning another visit, and I'll definitely stay at Crystal Hotel again. Highly recommended.

The hotel's tucked away in an alley, but it's just a one-minute walk to Independence Square and Globus. It's small, with very friendly English-speaking staff, and I'd gladly stay again. They use the restaurant next door and offer room service, with good breakfast and dinner options. For breakfast or brunch, I recommend visiting Paul. The pastries are to die for.
