Kaleria's care and attention to little details really stood out. She was kind and professional, and made the whole experience feel special. The food at Ibis City Center Kyiv was delicious and well prepared, and the drinks were excellent too. I'd recommend this hotel in Kyiv for its comfort, food, drinks, and especially the service.
10/10
I’m so glad I came here. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve encountered, and the hospitality is hard to compare with anything else. For a trip to Kyiv, I don’t think it would be easy to find a better place to stay. The price and service feel worth more than five stars. The hotel is Ibis, in a country that has been at war for four years. If you want to help, you’re more than welcome.

The generator keeps the power on during city blackouts, and the main sights are easy to reach on foot or by metro. The central railway station is walkable too. I’d recommend IBIS City Center for either business or a holiday in Kyiv. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff were all attentive and supportive. Special thanks to Roman for his tireless care, and appreciation to the rest of the team as well. Thank you!

There’s always electricity, heating, and water, which is good. The hotel is in a very nice spot. The restaurant is decent, though it seems a little short staffed. They do their best to meet guests’ needs.

A big thank you to everyone at reception and in the restaurant for the service and hospitality. Roman was especially great, as was the kind lady serving breakfast in the morning. Ms Sophia on the night shift in the restaurant was lovely too. The reception service was great.
