A red leaf with realistic eyes was chasing us.

Really nice place. An apartment has been made into a mini hotel with three private rooms, each with a bathroom. The rooms are spotless and well designed. There’s water, coffee, and tea, and they make breakfast fresh for you in the morning.

The room was new and clean, and the hotel is just a five-minute walk from Maidan on a quiet street. We did have a few problems: we could hear everything outside our door, breakfast croissants were dry, and after 11 PM we had to wait for someone to let us in, even though we'd warned them we'd be late. That kept it from being five stars for me.
