My partner said the Kyiv location was great, with restaurants, pubs, and activities easy to get to. They were also very accommodating and included him in the Christmas celebrations.

The staff were amazing, but the noise made it impossible to rest. There was a party that went on until morning, and I should have been told when booking. I can't figure out what I paid 400 uah for.

The whole place just has a happy, good feeling to it, and for me it was absolutely perfect. The location is great, the management is top level, and the staff are polite and charming. They work hard to listen to guests and make sure they feel heard. I have zero complaints and would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Kyiv.

I'd never had this kind of experience before, and I didn't expect to enjoy it so much. Sleeping in a capsule felt like heading to the moon. I'll remember this original hostel in Kyiv. Thank you so much!

The view of the church was amazing, and sleeping in a capsule felt like an exotic experience. I enjoyed celebrating my 33th birthday at monotel. The receptionist was super chilled and kind, and I hope to come back sometime ;) Highly recommended!
