Mini-hotel in the heart of Kiev

I hated this place. It was dirty, and the staff were rude. Most of the rooms have no windows, and the showers and toilets are shared, with no private ones. There’s no privacy at all. The ad calls it a “mini-hotel,” which is a lie; it isn’t even a hostel. I didn’t know any of this before booking, and I won’t make that mistake again.

I hated it.

It’s cheap and convenient. Before, I’d stayed in hostels with strangers for this price, but here I had a whole room to myself. The radiators worked, and I was told the hot water comes from a boiler. It was clean, and they provided bedding and towels.

I booked a room and waited an hour at the entrance. I called repeatedly, and each time they told me the administrator would be out in five minutes. I don’t recommend this place, and I’d warn people not to waste their time and nerves here.
