The jacuzzi cost an extra 1000uah (27usd), and nobody mentioned the charge until we arrived. We wanted to use it, so we paid, but the water was barely warm. I called reception to ask for a solution. Two women came by and said they couldn't do anything. When I asked for 100L of boiled water, they refused and left, so we ended up heating the kettle about a dozen times ourselves. Quite a service. I usually try to work things out with a host or receptionist so we're both satisfied, but that was impossible here. The receptionist was rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She spoke in a raised voice and seemed so suspicious of us that it felt offensive. None of our requests were met. We expected a pleasant stay and had the opposite. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I still remember how lovely the room fragrance was during my stay. Would you be able to share what it is? Thanks in advance. Hope to see you again...😊🤗

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. The hotel is beautiful, the service is good, and the price feels right for the comfort and quality. There are also places to find everything right next to the hotel.

The breakfasts were tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My room was comfortable and very clean, with everything tidied up neatly. I left with only positive impressions.

There was no usable light anywhere, from the reception and stairs to the floors and rooms. You can't charge your phone or use a hairdryer, and are left sitting in complete darkness. The hotel makes no effort to accommodate its guests. I don't recommend it.
