I have food allergies, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. The service was the best, and the people were brilliant, lovely, and so kind. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. I loved it and can't recommend it enough.

The rooms could use updating, but the breakfast staff really stood out. They’re wonderful about making what you ask for, and the Opera poached eggs were exceptional. They also make great coffee.

I really enjoyed the classic interiors, they gave the place a bit of a time-travel feel, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was fine, and the hotel is a little down the road rather than right on the main street in the center. My room faced what looked like a backyard and didn’t get much sunlight. The lighting controls were also hard to work out, since it wasn’t clear which switch controlled which light. Still, it was a very pleasant stay at this well-established hotel.

The room was lovely to spend time in, beautifully designed and comfortable, and the hotel had a calm, cozy atmosphere. We came for a romantic getaway and it was just right for us. The reception staff welcomed us warmly and were thoughtful and helpful throughout. They made the trip special, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The food was delicious, and everything went really well at the conference. Thanks to Polina for putting it together.
