I was here on a business trip and had a really good stay. Everything went smoothly, the staff were very friendly, and my room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I’d happily return next time I’m in town.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the roof terraces facing the park are quite large in the more expensive rooms. Breakfast was pretty good, though the bar was already closed at midnight. The hotel itself is fairly average, with nothing special about it. The main issue was reception. Both at check-in and check-out, the women there seemed unfriendly, annoyed, and confused, as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Service was very slow, and no one explained what was happening.

I had dinner at the biergarten and it was just perfect. Prices are a little above the city’s average restaurants, though they’re still cheap compared with EU prices. The hotel is quiet and nice, with rooms that are big enough and clean. Breakfast could be better.

It was frustrating to arrive and find that none of the spa services were available. Guests need to be told that the spa requires advance booking. Also, when a group has more than one person, it would help to provide two room keys. Sharing one was inconvenient, especially since the lights go out if someone has to take the key with them.

There’s a park around the hotel, though I didn’t have time to walk through it, so I can’t comment on it. Breakfast was good, and I’d definitely come back next time. My room was clean and nice, with air conditioning and plenty of space. It was split into an entrance area with a closet and a bench for taking off shoes, then a bedroom with room for two double beds and a desk for working. There were four pillows on the bed, handy if you like extras.
