We arrived after getting off the train and found out, only then, that the room we'd booked for three people with early check-in had been given to someone else. The security guard called someone and discovered this while we were there. When we asked what they expected us to do, the response was, "Well, I don't know." They could at least have warned us before we arrived instead of springing it on us at the door. Absolutely disgusting.

I booked a room ahead of time and said I would arrive at 9. When I got there, a security guard opened the door and called someone named Valeryevich to check whether there was a reservation. It seems like the guard shouldn't have to handle questions like that. In the end, I was told the room wouldn't be available until after 12, so I had to find somewhere else. If this is how they treat guests, I'm afraid to imagine what goes on inside.

It's fine for a few days of rest, but I wouldn't want to live here long-term. The rest was bearable, though the eco-rooms could use more heating.

The place is quiet and cozy, with its own courtyard tucked away from passersby, and it's not far from the metro. There are different rooms to choose from for different tastes and budgets. It's clean and non-smoking, with three shower rooms that have toilets. Free Wi-Fi, guarded private parking, and a 24-hour market just a two-minute walk away.
