The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel was easy to get to. From the first day, I was given a complimentary upgrade by the lovely receptionist. Everyone was so kind that I couldn't stop smiling at how they treated guests. Huge thanks to the whole team, from the manager to the housekeepers, for making my visit worthwhile. Great service, truly amazing staff. I'd choose this hotel again and again, and recommend people try it for themselves.

The hotel and rooms were nice and clean, and the front desk staff were very attentive. My 4-star rating comes down to the restaurant service. They wouldn't give me a glass of water and told me to buy a bottle, so I ended up going back to my room for a sip. They also seemed impatient when my plate was nearly empty and started taking it away without asking. Maybe that's how they've been trained, but it was off-putting.

The hotel is a long way from downtown, but it runs a regular shuttle. You need to reserve a seat at Reception. There's also a shopping center attached, with banks, interesting shops, and a fairly large supermarket. The hotel itself has good facilities and nicely furnished rooms.

I stay here on my business trips to Kiev, and the service is consistently top-notch. They can help with all kinds of favors. The rooms have really nice views, and there's an ATM right in the reception area. A VIP-level shopping mall is connected to the hotel too. I love staying here.

Nataliia at reception noticed that my husband and I had accidentally booked a room with separate beds, and moved us to a higher room category at no extra cost. That was part of a level of service I haven't experienced anywhere else. Even though the hotel has four stars, it feels like a five-star place. I'd recommend it to anyone.
