Be careful. If you arrive a little later than promised, after lunch, because you couldn't get there in time, they may simply cancel your reservation. The communication is another problem altogether. I also had to deal with rude people and the prospect of being left on the street in the evening. Is “VIP” supposed to be a joke? Hospitality businesses should be more careful about whom they hire. If I could rate it below one star, I would.

Everything was clean, and the prices seemed low for Kyiv. It’s a typical apartment split into rest rooms. The first photo shows Exim Bank, and the second shows a large hall for two for 550 hryvnias. I recommend it.

The rooms are cozy and hold 4-6 people, and the hostel stays clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful. To me, the price even seems low for the conditions. I don't regret staying here and recommend it.

I was sad to leave. The friendly people and homey atmosphere made this the best hostel in Kyiv for me.
