I had no idea what to expect when I arrived in Lutsk after being turned away at the Polish border because of covid-19. I needed somewhere to spend the night before heading to Poltava, and the administrator even arranged a taxi so I could get there safely. She also bought me a bus ticket home. The room was fantastic, breakfast was great, and they treated me like family. I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in Lutsk.

Everything was nice and clean, and the staff were very polite. The one problem was the housemaid knocking noisily and disturbing me an hour before checkout.

The location is quite a way from the city center, but the housekeeper was kind and both the rooms and service were good.

There was no heating, the towels smelled bad, and the hostess was rude.

A nice spot for a couple of nights.
