Being centrally located made it easy to reach the city's amenities. The stay was comfortable and good value, with a lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were fabulous, welcoming, helpful, and always around when needed.

The only thing I'd change is the breakfast room opening time. 7:30 is a bit late; I wish it opened at 7:00. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I've stayed here twice and would happily recommend it. The service was great, the location was good, and the staff were wonderful.

The room had a comfortable bed, and the shower was roomy, with strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. My complaints may have been bad luck or exceptions, and I give the hotel the benefit of the doubt on that. The Google Maps description calls it a modern hotel with free breakfast, but nobody told me breakfast was included, so I didn't have any, if it was supposed to be included. The much bigger problem for me was the air raid alarm speaker in my room. Around 2:30 in the morning, it screamed right by my ear and woke me up. It was horrible, and I think the all-clear played too. This was my first hotel in Ukraine, at the start of a two-month volunteering trip. I spent the rest of those two months much further east than Lviv, and this was the only hotel where the alarm blared in my room. I'm back in Lviv on my way home and chose not to stay at Ibis because of the room alarm.
