The reception is staffed around the clock, and everyone there was really helpful. I stayed for two days and the location was great. I'd come back next time I'm here.

The room felt fresh and was very tidy, and the restaurant and cleaning staff were polite and made a good impression. The hotel itself is great, but the front desk managers were terrible. Some changes there are definitely needed.

The beds were really comfortable. It's a clean, nice hotel right in the city center.

There’s plenty within walking distance, and the bus and tram stop are very close. You can pay for the tram with a QR code on the windows if you don’t have local cash. The hotel is right in the heart of Lviv, and breakfast is included. It’s a simple spread, eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, ham and things like that, but nice. Our room was very clean, and the heater warmed it up well.

The Old Town location worked perfectly for our short trip. We could walk to the main sights in about 10-20 minutes. The Modern Art Lviv Hotel was comfortable inside, with modern furnishings, and we really enjoyed staying there. I’d recommend it to anyone after a relaxing stay.
