The place is just five minutes from the center, with Bernardine Monastery nearby, but that was the only upside for me. The rooms were filthy, with hair all over the carpets, mold, cobwebs, a damp smell, ceiling cracks, and wallpaper peeling away. The linen and towels were gray and worn, there were no sheets, and the bed had holes. The TV didn't work and the faucet leaked. The Booking rating felt completely disconnected from reality, since the owner was misleading people about the reservation. I left with a really unpleasant impression of hospitality in Lviv.

I arranged this apartment for friends who weren't fussy, and for the price and location it worked out well. The owner is a very pleasant man who stays in touch and tries to help throughout the rental. It could use cosmetic work, some replacements, and perhaps new equipment, but for an overnight business trip it's perfectly okay. You can walk to all the main spots. I think he'll make updates over time because he listens to feedback. Good luck with the business.
