Austrian Apart Hotel

My mom and I stayed here from 10.06.24 to 12.06.24, and the whole visit was easy and smooth. The central location meant we could walk everywhere in Lviv, and I especially cared about cleanliness and the views from the balcony and window. We had a lovely few days. The room had everything we needed: towels, slippers, shower gel, a fan, cups and plates, sugar, coffee, tea, and other kitchen supplies. A couple of familiar old-building issues came up, with water that was only slightly warm instead of hot and an occasional sewage smell. I guess that’s common in old buildings across Europe. The staff were great, the place has a lovely atmosphere, and there’s an elevator and a fantastic restaurant with a bar. We could always find a place to park near the hotel. There’s also a children’s playground and a soccer field right beside the apartment. It’s a big, fresh, renovated, and comfortable place for a family with one child, and I think two would be fine too. In just five minutes on foot, you can reach the city center, while the apartment itself is in a quiet area. I really enjoyed my stay, probably my favorite and most suitable place to stay in Lviv.

I’ve tried eight hotels in Lviv, from the pricey Old Bank to the budget Argo, and this one is easily the best mix of lovely rooms, quiet, no fuss, and great staff. Best hotel in the city for me. I’ll be back.

The apartment was clean and close to the center, and the staff were good. The hotel manager treated us very badly 👎🏻
