Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv

The hotel is beautiful and spotless, and the staff were so kind that I’m still speechless. We were traveling with our newborn and urgently needed ready-to-feed liquid formula for a 12-hour trip the next day. We’d spent days looking in pharmacy after pharmacy and couldn’t find any. Viktoriia at reception went out of her way to locate it and arrange courier delivery, but unfortunately the courier brought the wrong package. I was devastated because we really needed the formula. That evening, Viktoriia knocked on our room door. She apologized that things hadn’t worked out, then handed me the formula she’d found herself at a pharmacy and paid for with her own money. I was completely shocked and moved to tears by such an incredible, kind gesture. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Viktoriia. ❤️

The hotel and its location are fabulous, and the restaurant served great food. There’s also a very small gym. Power outages during the war are what they are. My complaint is about the TV: less expensive hotels in other Ukrainian cities had Smart TVs, and I expected one at a hotel of this level. The room had a TV, but it wasn’t smart, and it couldn’t receive any channels either. I reported it at the desk; they said they’d email the engineers, but 24 hours later it still didn’t work and I hadn’t received an update. With a Smart TV, I could have connected an app from my iPad or iPhone. Lviv is a large, fantastic city, but it would’ve been nice to have the TV working for an evening in.

I went in expecting a lot after reading the reviews, and the stay was even better than I hoped. The location is lovely, the food deserves five stars, and the staff and reservation team were so kind and helpful. I’m honestly at a loss for words. I’ll tell my family and friends about this place, and anyone booking can trust they won’t be disappointed. 🇺🇦❤️🇺🇦

We’ve been coming back to Best Western Plus Market Square for three years, and we keep choosing it for good reason. It’s right in the middle of Lviv, but the rooms stay peaceful thanks to the soundproofing. They’re modern, stylish, very clean, and have comfortable mattresses and pillows, big windows, and a relaxing feel. The price is great for what you get. Breakfast is fresh, varied, and has plenty of healthy choices. We also appreciate being able to leave our bags there before check-in or after checking out, which makes it easier to explore. The people really make the place. The Front Desk and Restaurant teams are always polite, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks especially to Maria, the reservations manager, and Viktoria, the restaurant administrator. Their warmth and professionalism stand out. I’d happily recommend Best Western Plus Market Square to anyone visiting Lviv.
