Those lamps everywhere really got me, I’m obsessed with them. I’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. The hotel is in a super convenient spot, but it’s still quiet for a big city. The staff are lovely too, especially the very friendly woman at reception and the incredibly thoughtful woman in the dining area. Amazing hotel.

It took more than an hour to get here from Lviv, and the road to the resort is catastrophic. The design is beautiful, but the service quality is low. The food was good, though prices were high, and the staff knew only a few words of English. I also met local gang bosses and people from the Ukrainian government there, along with attractive women.

The customer service here is the best part. I’ve stayed in different hotels, and not many local 5 Star hotels offer service like this. The room was clean, the bed cozy, and breakfast fresh. I’ll definitely stay here on my next visit to Lviv.

Breakfast was included, with a tasty and different selection each day. My room was exceptionally clean, and room service came every day with fresh sheets. The staff were kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

I checked in early in the morning, planning to leave around noon tomorrow on my way to Warsaw, Poland. So far, things are going as planned. The staff are attentive and professional. Breakfast is included, although there’s room to improve it.
