The hotel is quiet, nice, and very clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was the issue for us as foreigners, since we didn’t know how to order. There’s no buffet, the waitress takes your order and then you wait for a while, without seeing what they’re preparing. It costs 700.

The female receptionists were lovely and very helpful, but the waiter/barman in the café was rude. I felt like serving me was an inconvenience to him. Such a shame that one person let the place down. There’s a tram stop nearby, which makes the location good.

The staff were really friendly and happy to share information about the city. The hotel is open to visitors 24/7, so you can stay out walking until midnight or later. It’s simple and cozy, with clean rooms and the basics: towels, soap, shampoo, water, and glasses. There were no slippers in the room, but you can buy a pair at the check-in desk for about 50 UAH. Price and quality felt in line.
