My reservation had been CONFIRMED two months ahead, but when we arrived in the evening I called as requested, half an hour before. Olga answered rudely, saying they couldn't take us because we hadn't contacted them, and that they had told us to call a few days earlier, so without that call they wouldn't accommodate us. When I asked where we were supposed to sleep, she hung up, then never picked up again. What a nightmare. DO NOT CONTACT OLGA EVER!!! THIS HOSPITALITY DOESN'T DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR!

I wouldn't recommend dealing with manager Olga. The room was 15 degrees Celsius, and when I asked for my money back because I was leaving, I was told there was no heating in Lviv in April, so apparently that was NORMAL. They wouldn't refund me because I'd spent two hours in the room hoping it would warm up. If comfort, coziness, and your mood matter, avoid this place and Olga's other rooms ;)
