We liked the wooden, minimalist look of our room for two, and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast delicious. But it got extremely noisy in the morning, from about 6-7am, while staff got ready for breakfast, so avoid a room near the food court. When we wanted to extend our stay, the receptionist said there were no rooms. I found some on booking.com, which made for an unpleasant customer experience. We ended up staying somewhere else.

The location on the city wall was fabulous, with a great view from my room of the church and town hall towers. I hadn't expected such a beautiful, spacious room and bathroom, both modern too. The staff were fantastic, and breakfast was great: cheese, bacon, salads, yogurts, cakes and biscuits, plus a fresh-ground coffee machine guests could use 24 hours a day. For what it costs, the quality is hard to beat. It was also the cheapest price I saw in Lviv. Thank you for making my time in your city so wonderful!

Very good value for the money, with a perfect location. The place has been recently redone, with new furniture, mattresses and linen. It's clean, has plenty of plugs, air conditioning, a safe, TV with 25 local channels, and its own fridge. There's a microwave, kettle, cups and cutlery, plus a large toilet and shower with toiletries. The self-service breakfast is abundant, and the walls keep street noise out. Internet is slow, though, and there are no bedside lamps or light switch. Check-out time isn't flexible. The only other downside is the climb: no lift, and the room is on the 3rd floor by Western European counting, or the 4th by Eastern European or American counting.

The rooms get daylight, but there's no view outside, just the sky. Getting in means tackling a grand staircase with 135 steps, and there's no elevator.
