The staff are warm, helpful, and speak several languages. The music is good, the food is wonderful, and the spa and fitness center are on point. They do run out of food often, though. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, the rooms are beautiful, and the temperature control is just right. There are TV channels in several languages, and the pool has different swimming amenities as well as multiple lifeguards. I had a pleasant visit and would like to come back. The hotel's location isn't very obvious. I'd lived in that area for over four years and didn't even know it was there.

The pool, spa, and huge fitness area were highlights, and the coffee was good, Lavazza. The rooms felt a little unusual with their two-level layout, but they were modern and practical. I didn't get to try the restaurant, though its interior looked lovely.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Big respect to the room maids, since the room design must make their work pretty demanding. There are only about five parking spots in the yard, so getting one is a matter of luck. Breakfast was very good. The room design often puts looks ahead of usefulness, and the restaurant service felt uninspired. Sound insulation was poor. Most of all, this isn't really a spa hotel: the pool and spa are shared with the sports center. In three days I never found a time to use the pool, not at 7 a.m., in the afternoon, or in the evening. Groups of children and sports clubs kept it busy, with trainers shouting like at the army. The jacuzzi was always occupied, there wasn't even room in the rest area, and two saunas plus one steam bath are simply too few for 30 people at once. On 26 February 2024, booking.com paid me for the services the hotel hadn't provided, so the matter was closed. Thanks for the experience, and best of luck to the hotel's future.

It's a beautiful, very clean hotel, and the housekeeping staff are especially efficient. To live up to its claimed four-star status, it could use stronger water pressure in the shower, a luggage handler, coffee and tissues in the room, better coffee at the bar, and shoe care. Repairs like the curtains also need quicker attention. The welcome desk could be friendlier. Driving there from the city is difficult when traffic is heavy, which seems to be most of the year. Clearer road signs would help, especially since Google still directs drivers to the rear entrance, which is now blocked to cars.
