Kind staff, a clean room, and a good location about seven minutes from the old city center. The photos on the website match what you get. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water, but the corridors weren’t clean.

Clean room, good bathroom, and robes and slippers were provided. The smart TV was great and already had free Netflix. Location’s okay too. Just be firm about paying by card, since they’ll try to get you to pay cash.

We canceled and booked somewhere else. On arrival day, after we didn’t reply to a WhatsApp message for two hours, they sent ten question marks, which felt rude. The staff need to learn how to communicate with customers. It was also strange that paying by card wasn’t possible.

The hotel interior is very nice, even though it’s on the third floor of a building being refurbished. What made the stay a hassle was the complicated door lock, and the bigger issue was finding no hot water when I went to shower in the morning. Hot water is a basic necessity, so that was a real shame.

The room was clean and right in the heart of Lviv, so it wasn’t all bad. But it was smaller than advertised as a Jr Suite, with a double bed instead of a king, and the balcony was only big enough for one person to stand on.
