The city center location is great, and the hotel has clean rooms, nice decor, and a decent breakfast. What surprised me was the lack of toiletries: there was only a tiny bar of soap, no shampoo or shower gel, and there wasn’t any water in the room either. I’d never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide a bottle of water. I checked in late at night and couldn’t go out to buy one, so I was lucky I had half a bottle with me.

The rooms are cozy and have the basic facilities, and there’s a nice courtyard with little street noise. For the price, it’s a great hotel, about a 10 minute walk from Lviv Opera house. There’s no dedicated parking for cars, and the Saturday street market left a less than great impression. But that’s another side of Lviv, where life is varied for sure. Breakfast was moderate.

The hotel was quite hard to find, since there’s no English sign on the street, though they sent the location after booking. The internet connection was unstable and very slow. Breakfast was standard but acceptable.

The staff were nice, and having a desk open 24 hours was handy. The place was clean and tidy, with a great price for the location. Breakfast could use some variety, though. It was the same menu for all four days.

Getting any rest here seems impossible. The receptionists talk, doorbells keep ringing, and it stays loud day and night. There’s no sound insulation at all. Stay here only if you don’t plan on sleeping.
