A really comfortable place in an amazing location.

The apartments feel cozy, and everything seems thought out to make a guest’s stay convenient. The location is great too. If you want to stay in Lviv’s historic part, I highly recommend it.

I got the booking details mixed up, and the cancellation fee was the full booking amount. They canceled it one day in advance after I’d contacted the hotel. I would gladly have met them halfway if they’d simply asked me to take down the negative review in a friendly way. Instead, I spent 10 minutes on the phone hearing about how careless and inattentive I’d been. At least it reads better in writing than it sounded on the call. Thank you.

Everything was great, even with two children.
