Hotel Complex Olimp

The spa itself has some good points, and we did manage to rest, but the temperature was a problem. The pool was too cold to swim in for long, the rooms felt chilly, and the shower water kept switching between cold and warm. The staff made the experience much worse. The bathhouse attendant spent half the day lying on a sunbed beside the clients, then shouted at a man in the bath because water was dripping from him and said he would have to clean it. The way people were treated was rude in general. The masseuse was even worse and spoiled the whole evening and our impression of the stay. I have never seen such rudeness. Judging people by their bodies was low and unprofessional. She asked, even demanded, to be paid in cash by hand instead of through the register, insulted us, and made a scene. My husband's back hurt all day after the massage, so much that walking was painful. She acted as if we were in her home asking her for something, rather than at a place where she provides a service. I ask the administration to look into this. The staff are ruining the experience and making us not want to return.

The water smelled unpleasant, and it wasn't just chlorine. The hall was cold too. The administrator says the pool is at 29 degrees Celsius, but swimming in it was uncomfortable. I didn't like the place at all.

A calm place to unwind, with no unnecessary noise, and the staff are friendly and ready to help or give advice. We visited the OLYMP Bathhouse and Hotel Complex to recharge and take a break from routine. It was convenient to pair the bathhouse and SPA with comfortable accommodation, especially if you want to stay longer. 🙌👍

The staff paid no attention to clients and were even rude. Instead of relaxing, I left in a bad mood. Because of the workers, the spa center feels like a Soviet-era sanatorium. I ask the administration to address the staff, and would appreciate a reply.
