Since the hotel is new, everything is clean and well organized. The room has all the necessary amenities, and the internet is good. Keep in mind that the restaurant is supposed to stay open until midnight, but may close earlier if there are no guests, so a late dinner isn’t guaranteed.

The rooms are big and very comfortable, with great design, and the hotel is well located. We had issues with the safe, the fridge didn’t work, and the room door wouldn’t close properly. When asking for suggestions, they should recommend places instead of only offering the upstairs bar.

There’s a very nice restaurant on the fourth floor with delicious dishes and panoramic views. The location is perfect, close to the city centre and park "Sofiyivka", and parking is nearby. It’s a lovely hotel, with welcoming staff, proper cleaning, new furniture, and spacious rooms and halls. I recommend it.

Everything was clean, and the hotel is awesome. When the sink plug broke late at night, they offered me another room.
