The interior is lovely, and the room service was great. It also has a really friendly, welcoming feel.

Such a pretty hotel with nice architecture, but the water smells awful, like old river mud. That’s a big no from me.

Really nice and very clean, but it felt too quiet and empty for the middle of summer.

2/10
The rooms are dirty, the cooks are rude, and the waitresses don’t seem to care what customers want. The way both staff and guests are treated is disgusting.

That coffee is amazing, with an aroma that stays with you. I also loved the warm welcome, the thoughtful details, and the cozy, romantic atmosphere. You really do feel welcome here, and the care shows in every gesture. Highly recommend it, and thank you so much!
