The location is fantastic, the staff are good, and everything is very tidy.

Seems like a really nice spot for a summer party.

We’ve had two wonderful family vacations here, and honestly, we don’t want to leave. The kitchen and staff both get four thumbs up 👍👍👍👍. There’s also lots for fishermen to do.

The grounds were lovely, with green grass, pretty scenery, and a warm lake. The small sandy beach was enough for us, and it stayed shallow near the shore, which was great with a child. Everyone was quiet and considerate of other guests. The staff were very pleasant and helpful 👍👌, and administrator Marina was especially kind and responsive. Thank you, Marinochka, for answering our questions and sorting things out. We enjoyed our stay overall, though the houses could use attention and updating. We stayed August 7-12, 2023, and rented two houses, one with a kitchen and one without. Our house was clean and had what we needed: towels, linens, a stove, fridge, some dishes, air conditioning, TV, and a working boiler. The bathroom had a bathtub and heated towel rail, plus soap and toiletries ;)). The house is really set up for two, so with our child we used the fold-out sofa and paid extra for a bed. Rubbish was taken out daily, and two sun loungers with mattresses came with each house at no extra charge. The pillows and blankets need replacing, and a shower curtain would help keep water from covering the bathroom floor. The doors sag and creak, and the houses need some minor repairs. The cleaning could be better too, a vacuum cleaner would help; sweeping alone isn’t cleaning. There aren’t many outlets, so bring an extension cord. A pool would be a great addition, since there’s room for one without disturbing other guests, and it could help when the lake is cold. The restaurant was closed during our stay. If the owner wants the place to develop, the base really needs updating.
