A few friends and I from Australia 🇦🇺 stayed here around May last year and had a great experience. Also, the woman at reception was the most beautiful I've ever seen. I didn't know women could be that gorgeous 😅 🐨 👍

The service was good and the staff were friendly, though some could use more practice with English. I'd definitely recommend Alex Hotel and would come back. Best wishes from Holland, from the guy you called Amsterdam!
