The bathroom door in our deluxe room wouldn’t close at all, not even enough to just pull it mostly shut. The owner said it had swollen because previous guests had carelessly left the jacuzzi water running. But why hadn’t the damaged door been replaced? There was no answer. The room and the grounds were dirty. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The kitchen was a real pleasure, with spotless dishes, and the staff were always willing to help or give advice. The courtyard was cozy and lovely, and I enjoyed the natural beauty. I’d been worn out by my daily routine at home, so I booked a room to get a bit of rest. The location was excellent and the room was clean and tidy. The price matched the quality, and I’d happily pay more for service like this. I was very pleased and recommend it if you need to relax.

I rented a cheap second-floor room while my daughter and I were in Odessa on business. It was clean, cozy, and nice, with a little kitchen, robes, and slippers, which came in handy since we were traveling light. I don’t order delivery because my little one loves her mom’s cooking ;)) and the kitchen had what I needed to cook, including dishes, cutlery, an induction cooktop, and a refrigerator. The balcony was useful since I smoke. The staff were so welcoming and treated us like family. Thank you! My little one and I loved everything.

Our first day of vacation was ruined. We’d booked a deluxe room for a family stay with our two-year-old daughter and paid for all four nights upfront. After just an hour in the room, the stench had given me such a headache that I wanted to run outside just to breathe. It smelled awful and smoky, and the furniture and belongings were shabby. The unsanitary conditions were terrible, I can’t imagine walking around in there without shoes. We went to the administrator and got our money back, though we even left 1000 UAH, because for some reason my wife felt we’d lost them as customers. We left in a hurry and rented a place all the way to Arcadia.
