The rooms are nice, though quite small, and the washroom has good amenities that you don’t get in other European hotels. Staff are humble and speak good English. There’s no gym on site, but the hotel has an arrangement with the gym next door. It’s a newly built hotel downtown, with groceries, restaurants and fast food available around the clock nearby. The beautiful park is about a five-minute walk away.

Administrator Irina was fantastic. We had a problem on our first night that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but she answered our call at 4:30 am and talked us through it. She then went out of her way to make sure we were happy for the rest of the stay. The owners are lucky to have such a dedicated, professional employee. Thanks for saving our vacation, Irina. I’ll recommend the hotel to friends and family. The hotel itself is fine, and the location is about as good as it gets. Alex Boston

At this price, you could get a decent apartment on the same street instead. The standard room is only 16 square meters, feels like a dark enclosed space with little sunlight, and looks onto another room’s window. It isn’t worth the money, especially if you’re expecting guests. Don’t book the standard room.

Right in the city center, this is a modern hotel with very good service and lots of food options across the street. The interior looks expensive, but the mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. Noise from Deribasovskaya street also carries on until 3am.
